- Agreement of contracting with Paperaid is an agreement to these terms and conditions, which will be provided to the client during the contracting discussions and are available on the website.
- Paperaid will endeavor to communicate clearly with the client throughout the contracting.
- Paperaid will endeavour to respond to emails within 2 business days. If the response is likely to take longer than this, then this will be made clear through an out of office, and where possible in advance to the client.
- Clients are entitled to a free 30 minute consultation about the nature of their work and how Paperaid can help. During this time clients should set out the issues they are facing, and the tasks they would like to complete. Paperaid will estimate how much time these tasks will take and agree that with the client.
- Paperaid will invoice the client weekly and payment is due within 14 days. If a package of support is agreed then this needs to be paid upfront.

- If there are any concerns regarding the work, please get in touch as soon as possible. If there have been any mistakes made then we will work to rectify them where possible, without any cost to you.
- Refunds are not possible for work that has been paid for if the client changes their mind.
- All personal information shall be kept on password-protected computers, and information will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. If at any point you would like us to delete information relating to your account please contact us.
- Confidentiality is important to us your information and details of the work we undertake for you will not be disclosed to other parties.
- Rates for Paperaid may increase at the discretion of the business, however, clients will always be given 1 month’s notice.
- Lower rates are available to older clients on lower incomes, it is up to the client to declare if this is appropriate for them. There are a limited number of hours undertaken on this basis.
