I’m an access worker — I support people who are disabled, neurodivergent, or living with long-term health conditions to do their jobs in a way that works for them.
My work is tailored to each person, but often includes:
- Managing projects — helping you break down big ideas into clear steps and timelines
- Planning and prioritising — figuring out what needs doing, when, and how to get it done without burning out
- Budgeting and money stuff — making spreadsheets that make sense to you, tracking costs, or helping with invoices
- Writing and editing — especially for funding bids, proposals, and applications
- Building sustainable systems — so your to-do list doesn’t live entirely in your head or get buried in your inbox
I often work with creative people — including artists, writers, performers, and freelancers — who need support keeping things on track while protecting their time and energy for creative work.
Some people use Access to Work to fund this support. If you’re not sure how that works, I can help you understand what’s possible and write supporting documents if needed.
Whether you need help getting started, getting organised, or getting something over the finish line, I can work alongside you in a way that fits how you work best.
