About me

Paperwork put right

My name is Cee MacDonald. I help people figure out their to do lists and make them happen. Together we figure out the timings, prioritisation, and tasks that allow you to achieve what you want in life. I specialise in supporting people who are neurodivergent.

In a former life I worked as a government economist and I picked up a lot of skills including clear drafting, awesome PowerPoint presentations and some serious spreadsheet knowledge. I learned how to deliver tasks in a way that was fast and accurate. I used a range of project management techniques, including a zero inbox policy.

I’m also a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP, so I’m experienced in working with some of the emotion and shame that can arise from struggling with these sorts of issues. What I offer at Paperaid is not counselling, but it is informed by deep listening and the principles of Carl Rogers who pioneered the person centered approach.

This is me!

I have experience in a number of social and community groups. This includes ‘The Autistic Empire‘, XR Buddhists, and my local branch of the Sea Cadets. I have a lot of experience in administration, project management, and making things happen.

I live in Shirehampton, Bristol with my partner and my spaniel Beinn
